SUBMISSION OF THE RESULTS OF THE DETERMINATION OF PROSPECTIVE DEAN OF MEDICINE CANDIDATES

Manado, February 21, 2025 – The Faculty of Medicine, Sam Ratulangi University (UNSRAT) has carried out the process of determining prospective dean candidates for the upcoming period. The results of the determination were officially submitted by the Senate of the Faculty of Medicine, UNSRAT to the Chancellor of UNSRAT, Prof. Dr. Ir. Oktovian BA Sompie, M.Eng, IPU, ASEAN.Eng.

Prof. Dr. Ir. Oktovian BA Sompie accepted the results of the determination with a full sense of responsibility, which signified the start of the next stage in the selection process for prospective deans. This submission is also part of a series of academic procedures that must be passed by prospective deans to ensure that the selection process runs in accordance with the provisions applicable at the university.

After the submission of the determination results, the UNSRAT Chancellor then submits the portfolio documents of the prospective dean candidates to the appointed assessment team. The assessment team will conduct an in-depth evaluation of the portfolio which includes the academic track record, leadership experience, and the vision and mission of the candidate in advancing the UNSRAT Faculty of Medicine.
