Minister of Marine Affairs and Fisheries of the Republic of Indonesia Dr. Edhy Prabowo SEMM, MBA gave symbolically in the form of a Jantra Ship Replica to the Chancellor of the University of Sam Ratulangi Prof. Dr. Ir. Ellen Joan Kumaat M.Sc., DEA

The Minister in his remarks said: The trust given to me as the Minister of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries of the Republic of Indonesia encourages me to do my best for this nation, especially paying attention to the welfare of Indonesian fishermen.
In the midst of many campuses with fisheries majors, we know these campuses need training tools for their students, in the future the Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries will build open communication to all campuses and are ready to collaborate and work together, even ready to dedicate what we have for us to submit to campus – the campus of the captured ship becomes a student training tool and has more benefits.
