2nd Vaccination Registration for Students Through the Great Vaccination Website
UNSRAT students who have registered on the INSPIRE Portal to receive their second vaccination on August 6, 2021, at the UNSRAT Auditorium are also required to fill out the COVID-19 Vaccine Form on the VaksinHebat website at https://vaksinhebat.idsolution.co.id/?daftar_vaksin_private before receiving the vaccination. Please fill in your NIK, full name, address, mobile number, email address, select STUDENT in the occupational category, and enter the code according to your Faculty's schedule ( see the bottom of this post ). After entering the code, the vaccination location and time will be filled in automatically. For the vaccine type, select "2 Biovarma". Please note that this second vaccination is only for students who have received their first vaccination on July 2, 2021.
