Notification of 2016 Academic Achievement Improvement Scholarship (PPA)

With respect, based on a letter from the Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education No. 469/B/BW/2016 dated August 12, 2016 regarding the 2016 PPA Scholarship Quota / Tuition Fee Assistance for Sam Ratulangi University as many as 178 students, it is requested to the Dean of the Faculty to immediately inform students with the following requirements:

I. Requirements

  1. Online registration through each student's academic portal (portal.unsrat.ac.id select menu scholarship, before registering online mandatory complete the academic portal data: parents, address, telephone number, income at UPT TIK unsrat)
  2. Recommendation letter from Faculty Leader
  3. Students who are currently sitting in semester III (three) a maximum of semester VII (seven)
  4. Photocopy of the latest Study Result Card (KHS) (even semester) with a minimum GPA of 3,00 which has been approved by the Faculty Leader (faculty signature and stamp)
  5. Statement letter not currently receiving a scholarship / proposed for other scholarships approved by the Faculty Leader
  6. Copy of salary slip (parental occupation of PNS I Private Employee)
  7. Certificate of underprivileged from Kelurahan I Desa (parental occupation of Farmers, Fishermen, Builders etc.) and include monthly income
  8. Fill out the 2016 Academic Achievement Improvement (PPA) scholarship form
  9. iPhotocopy of certificate or other evidence of achievement (co-curricular and or extra-curricular) at University and National level.
  10. Photocopy of Student Card (KTM) or photocopy of proof of odd semester tuition for students who do not have (KTM)
  11. Photocopy of Family Card (KK)
  12. Incomplete files will be disqualified

All files are entered in the Student Affairs Section, Subdivision of Student Welfare Services and Alumni, Unsrat Head Office Lt. 3 no later than Friday, September 9, 2016.
