The Chancellor of Sam Ratulangi University who was represented by the Vice Chancellor for General Affairs and Finance who is also the Chair of the Sam Ratulangi University Anniversary Committee, Dr. Ronny Maramis SH. MH was accompanied by the Head of the General Bureau, Dra. Lusye Manumpil M.Si provided direct assistance to honorary staff at Sam Ratulangi University.
