Chancellor of the University of Sam Ratulangi Prof. Dr. Ir. Ellen Joan Kumaat M.Sc DEA in her speech said: With all the limitations and with all the existing conditions, we must continue to carry out our duties and responsibilities to coincide today the last date of the Dean's term of office.

The existence of the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences with all the obstacles and limitations as well as the shortcomings that were experienced during the first period, it became a great concern to the Dean who was appointed today to be able to correct all the shortcomings that had been carried out in the first period.

In accordance with the signed integrity pact, the Chancellor expects the Dean of FISPOL to carry out his duties and responsibilities as well as possible for a better FISPOL in the future.

The dean must be a leader to be able to monitor and control and make the atmosphere in the faculty good.

This inauguration was carried out, UNSRAT implemented the Covid 19 Prevention Protocol by maintaining a distance, the Chancellor also reminded to continue echoing the protocol that has been implemented both at home, anywhere and to anyone.
