Virtual MoU Between Syiah Kuala University and Sam Ratulangi University
Chancellor of the University of Sam Ratulangi Prof. Dr. Ir. Ellen Joan Kumaat M.Sc DEA in her speech said: The signing of the MoU with Syiah Kuala University is about the Implementation of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education.
