General Meeting of the Sam Ratulangi University Alumni Association. Monday, 12 April 2021

Chancellor of the University of Sam Ratulangi Prof. Dr. Ir. Ellen Joan Kumaat M.Sc DEA inaugurated the Central Board of IKA UNSRAT; The Chancellor expressed his deepest gratitude to Mr. Marhany Pua as Chair of IKA UNSRAT for the 2016 – 2020 period and welcomed Mrs. Rita Dondokambey Tamuntuan as Chair of IKA UNSRAT for the new period (2021 – 2025).

In his remarks, the Chancellor said that the Alumni Association was important in maintaining the relationship and communication between graduates and the campus or vice versa.

Furthermore, helping to increase accreditation where alumni can act as catalysts by providing various critical inputs as well as building especially opening lines of cooperation in the world of work,

The Chancellor hopes that in the future good cooperation will continue to be maintained. The Governor of North Sulawesi Mr. Olly Dondokambey SE in his speech said: UNSRAT Alumni have made a very large contribution to North Sulawesi Province in terms of contributing both to the government, both in the political world and in the professional world, it is inseparable from the UNSRAT Alumni Association.

The governor hopes that the support from the components of UNSRAT alumni can continue to strengthen North Sulawesi Province.

The Central Executive Board of IKA UNSRAT who was inaugurated today is expected to be able to work hard with synergy and coordination and produce innovations and breakthroughs that can spur various existing achievement sectors.
