European Union Ambassador General Lecture to Indonesia and Brunei Darussalam, HE. Vincent Picket

Manado, February 21, 2020 – Sam Ratulangi University Chancellor Prof. Dr. Ir. Ellen J. Kumaat, MSc., DEA received a visit from the European Union Ambassador to Indonesia and Brunei Darussalam, HE. Vincent Picket. During the meeting, the Ambassador explained various programs that are currently being and will be carried out in Indonesia and North Sulawesi in particular, including maritime cooperation which is also one of the flagship programs of Sam Ratulangi University. in assisting the development of UNSRAT in the academic field, human resource development and research collaborations, including the Eramus Plus and Horizon Europe Program as a continuation of the Horizon 2020 Program. The meeting was followed by a public lecture entitled "The European Union's Activities in Indonesia" which was attended by leaders, lecturers and Unsrat students (250 participants). The Ambassador presented material on the mutually beneficial relations between the European Union and Indonesia in various fields, including economics, humanity, trade, and education.
